1. Purchase and Order

 Qns 1. How do I place an order?
 1. Create an account with us. Log in (if you have already created an account)
2. Add the items you want in your shopping cart.
3. Checkout your orders once you have confirmed. Invoice email will sent shortly to you after checkout.

 

Qns 2. Is there any minimum purchase?
We do not have any minimum purchase unless stated.

 

Qns 3. What is the shipping and postage charges?
We are offering FREE  Registered mail delivery for orders over S$300 within Singapore. Customers will be required to top up S$3.50 if registered mail service option is made.

 

Qns 4. Can I still change my orders after payment acknowledgement?
No, you cannot change your orders once payment is made and acknowledged by us. This is because all orders are processed immediately once payment is acknowledged.

 

2. Payment

Qns 1. Can I make payment by cash on delivery?
No, we do not accept cash on delivery service. 
 
Qns 2. How do I make payment for my order?
We only accept Paypal at this moment of time. But we do accept nets and credit cards at our shop.
  

3. Delivery

Qns 1. How long do I need to wait to receive my orders?

Local normal delivery will take 3 - 5 working days. Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays , Sundays and Public Holidays. For registered mail, it takes about 2 workings day. Please refer to Singpost (http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel.html)if there is any doubts. 
 
Qns 2. Will I be informed of the delivery?
We will update all the customers by email once their packages are sent out. Customers will be informed of their orders which have delayed or out of stock items.
 
Qns 3. Is there any self collection mode?
Yes, you can self collect at our International Plaza shop.
